We’re seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious Second Class Welder (Sheet Fabricator) to join our production team. This is an excellent prospect for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work on a variety of projects delivering high quality work to multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks on Mild Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
- Assist with fabrication, fit-up, and assembly of both one off projects and jobbing tasks
- Read, interpret and manufacture to engineering drawings in both Metric and Imperial units
- Complete work orders and accurately log time against tasks
- Liaise with team leaders to order and manage tooling requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area and follow all safety procedures
- Be available for overtime as required
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
- Trade Certificate: Fabrication Trade (Welding) or Relevant Experience
- Demonstrated experience MIG/TIG welding
- Press break, guillotine operation
- CNC Operating Experience an advantage (Occasionally changing jobbing parts)
- Ability to read and manufacture to engineering drawings (Metric & Imperial)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, safety focused and committed to high quality workmanship
Experience & Licences

- Forklift licence: desirable (please advise if you hold one)
