We’re on the hunt for a skilled, confident bartender to work at Winston Small Bar throughout the week.

This is a hands-on floor role for someone who’s just as comfortable shaking cocktails as they are running busy service, engaging guests, and holding standards across two very different—but closely linked—venues. You will need to understand all the classic cocktails withouth actually looking up a recipe and comfortable with the rotating 4 current cocktails per week.

• Solid cocktail experience is essential

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirit fundamentals

• Fast, calm, and organised under pressure

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Availability across weekdays and weekends
