Belgravia Outdoor Education is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Camp Narmbool.
This is a diverse role where you'll oversee hospitality, accommodation, client relationships, site presentation, team leadership and business performance. You'll be responsible for ensuring every guest has a great experience while driving the site's growth and profitability.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Camps, you will:
- Manage all aspects of site operations.
- Lead and support the site team.
- Ensure high standards across facilities, accommodation, food service and housekeeping.
- Grow bookings and build strong client relationships.
- Manage budgets and site financial performance.
- Oversee venue hire opportunities, including weddings and events.
- Ensure compliance with safety,
food safety and accreditation requirements.
- Represent Camp Narmbool within the local community.
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing a venue, camp, hospitality operation or similar business.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check.
