Senior Storage EngineerOverviewThe ICT Operations team provides ICT support and core infrastructure services, ensuring staff have access to secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environments.The Infrastructure Platforms team is responsible for managing enterprise data centres, server infrastructure, virtualization, automation, storage, backup and recovery services, and provides after-hours on-call support for critical infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, manage, and optimise enterprise storage systems across physical and virtual environments.Deploy, configure, and administer Storage Area Network (SAN) switches.Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve storage infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging storage and data platform technologies.Produce technical documentation including solution designs, build guides, operational procedures, and handover documentation.Share technical knowledge with team members and provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers.Participate in an after-hours on-call roster to support critical infrastructure.Must HaveDemonstrated experience in the design, administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of one or more of the following enterprise storage technologies:HPE 3PAR, Primera, and Alletra Storage SystemsNetApp E-SeriesDell Data DomainBrocade Fibre Channel Fabric SwitchesSANnavScality ArtescaExperience in Broadcom SAN Switches and Fiber Channel Block Storage Systems.
