Due to the hands-on nature of this role and the strong relationships we build with our families, preference will be given to applicants who are already based in or around the Geelong region and are looking to build a long-term career with All-Star Kids.

This isn't a traditional coordinator role. Think Camp Director rather than administrator. You'll lead one of Geelong's most cutting-edge holiday programs, inspired by the US Summer Camp model, where children choose their own adventures and every day is packed with unforgettable experiences.

If you've ever worked at a US Summer Camp, you'll probably feel right at home here.

At All-Star Kids, we've taken everything children love about traditional American Summer Camps and brought it to Geelong.

Our School Holiday Programs aren't just childcare.

They're packed with choice, adventure, creativity, friendships and unforgettable experiences.

Children choose their own daily activities from an extensive program that includes theatre, dance, visual arts, STEM, robotics, coding, engineering challenges, photography, cooking, sports, outdoor adventures, special events, excursions and incursions.

With educator ratios of approximately 1:8, our programs provide an experience unlike anything else available in Geelong.

We're now looking for an exceptional leader to help take them even further.

About the Role

This is far more than an administration role.

You'll become the face of our Holiday Programs - building excitement before the holidays begin, supporting families throughout the year, leading incredible teams during each program, and continually raising the bar for what holiday care can be.

During school term, you'll work from our Central Geelong office, planning upcoming programs,



sourcing exciting activities, recruiting staff and ensuring every detail is ready to go.

Then, when the holidays arrive...

It's your time to shine.

You'll be out on program, leading our teams across our Belmont and Torquay Holiday Programs, supporting educators, engaging with children and families, solving challenges, and ensuring every day delivers the energy, excitement and quality All-Star Kids has become known for.

If the planning has been done well, the holidays run like clockwork.

Your responsibilities

You'll play a key role in:

- Designing engaging holiday programs inspired by children's voice and feedback

- Planning activities, special events, excursions and incursions

- Sourcing resources and managing program preparation

- Recruiting, interviewing and rostering holiday staff

- Managing family enquiries, bookings and day-to-day communications

- Social media and email marketing

- Supporting service operations during the holidays

- Leading and mentoring educators through hands-on leadership

- Creating a positive culture where staff feel supported and motivated

- Delivering exceptional customer service to families

- Continually improving our programs each school holidays

Who we're looking for

You're someone who brings energy into every room.

You genuinely love working with children.

You're organised, confident and thrive in busy environments where no two days are the same.

Most importantly, you're the kind of leader who naturally brings people together.

You'll likely have experience in areas such as:

- US or International Summer Camps

- Camp America or similar exchange programs

- Outdoor Education





- Recreation or Youth Programs

- Children's Services

- School Holiday Programs

- Community or Youth Services

- Education or Early Childhood

Qualifications in Education, Early Childhood, Outdoor Education, Youth Work, Community Services or similar are highly regarded but not essential.

If you've got the right experience, personality and leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework or Education and Care Services Regulations is advantageous but can absolutely be learned with the support of our experienced leadership team.
