Our Customer Experience We are looking for an energetic, solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our client's busy, collaborative team. This isn't a robotic, script-reading call center gig.

You will be the vital link between our residential and commercial customers, our sales team, and our logistics crew. What You'll

Be Doing: Handling inbound phone and email inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status. Accurately processing orders and coordinating with our transport and dispatch teams to ensure deliveries land on-site, on time.

Proactively resolving delivery hitches, stock shortages, or customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused attitude. Working closely with our external sales reps to look after our major trade accounts and premium builders. What

We're Looking For: The

Right Experience: A solid background in customer service, ideally within building products, manufacturing, hardware, or construction logistics.



(If you know your way around an ERP system like SAP or Salesforce, that's a massive plus!) A Master Communicator: You can chat easily with anyone-from a corporate executive to a site foreman.
