Based in the Eastern Suburbs with a large manufacturing client, this position focuses on managing inventory processes to ensure smooth operations supplying maintenance, production and logistics teams.

Description

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational requirements effectively.
- Ensure warehouse locations are optimised for best flow and minimised waste
- Coordinate stock movements and ensure accurate recording of inventory data.
- Work closely with the procurement team to optimise supply chain processes.
- Assist with audits and manage cycle counts
- Implement inventory control procedures and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Drive improvements in efficiency,



safety and service delivery

Profile

A successful Inventory Coordinator should have:

- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse team leadership or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good levels of physical fitness and a current forklift licence
- Knowledge of the property industry or related sectors will be advantageous.
