Primary Objective: The Manager, Learning and Development Command provides leadership and advice in the identification, development, design, validation and evaluation of accredited and non-accredited programs delivered by the Northern Territory Emergency Service and other Government agencies. The role manages financial and personnel resources to achieve these outcomes.
