At Endeavour Foundation, we believe employment opens doors to greater independence, confidence and possibility. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Career and Workforce Support Specialist to help participants prepare for work, secure employment and thrive in their chosen careers.

Working within our Inclusive Employment Australia program, you will partner with participants, employers and community organisations to create employment opportunities that deliver lasting outcomes.

About the role

This is a varied, people-focused role combining participant support, case management, recruitment and business development. You will work closely with participants to understand their strengths, goals and barriers, while building strong relationships with local employers to identify and secure suitable employment opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting participants to identify their employment and lifestyle goals
- Developing tailored action plans that build job readiness
- Identifying and securing sustainable employment opportunities
- Building relationships with local employers through networking, prospecting and community engagement
- Understanding employers’ workforce needs and developing practical employment solutions
- Supporting participants and employers throughout the placement journey
- Conducting workplace visits and addressing barriers to ongoing employment
- Coordinating appropriate training, workplace diversity and customised employment initiatives
- Maintaining accurate participant records and meeting contractual requirements
- Working towards individual and team targets and key performance indicators

What you will bring





You are a confident relationship builder who is passionate about helping people realise their employment potential. You will be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and proactively approaching employers to create recent opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Experience working or interacting with people with intellectual disability
- Experience in employment services, community services, training, recruitment or case management
- Strong business development and employer engagement skills
- An understanding of the local labour market and employers’ workforce needs
- The ability to develop practical solutions that overcome barriers to employment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using data to monitor performance and progress against targets
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team that may operate remotely

Relevant qualifications in employment services, training, community services or a related field would be highly regarded.

You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain the required worker screening checks and hold a current Class C driver licence.
