ABOUT THE ROLE

Point Hotel is currently seeking passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team across KIN and In-Room Dining.

Barista experience is highly regarded; however, we also welcome applicants with strong hospitality foundations, a genuine passion for guest experience, and a desire to grow within a refined service environment.

This is an exciting prospect to join a hotel entering a new chapter following our recent rebrand and continued evolution of our food and beverage offering. We are looking for individuals who take pride in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service

- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverage offerings

- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver meals and beverages across the restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining operations

- Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across service areas

- Confidently communicate menu offerings and beverage recommendations

- Respond to guest requests with care, professionalism, and efficiency

- Support team operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience within high-end hospitality, food & beverage, café, or customer service environments





- Barista experience highly regarded

- A passion for hospitality and genuine guest connection

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional presentation and attention to detail

- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Valid RSA Certificate (essential)
