About the Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Management team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your property management knowledge and experience while working alongside established industry professionals. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to progress into a Property Manager position and take responsibility for their own portfolio in the future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with day-to-day property management activities
- Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Assisting with leasing processes and rental applications
- Coordinating maintenance and following up outstanding matters
- Maintaining accurate property and client records
- Supporting the team with administration and compliance requirements
- Providing responsive and professional customer service
About You

Previous real estate or property management experience will be highly regarded. Current real estate registration would be an advantage but is not essential.
