Training team Administrator - Permanent part time position - 4 days per week.
- 0.8 FTE permanent position, with regular workdays Monday to Thursday.
We are seeking a proactive and service orientated Training team Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to a team of training professionals, ensuring that all administrative needs of the team are handled with efficiency and with a high standard of care and collaboration.

About the Training team Administrator role
As the Training team Administrator, you will provide direct and timely administrative support to a team of industrial professional staff delivering training, as well as providing service to ANMF Members and Branch staff.
Some of the varied day to day tasks include
- Provide end to end administrative support for training programs, seminars and workshops, including coordinating registrations for online and in person events, budgeting, scheduling, venue and catering arrangements, website administration, general training delivery support, and post-event evaluation.
- Support a team of Trainers, including maintaining a changing schedule, updating calendars, securing venue bookings, coordinating team travel, preparing and sending appropriate notices and reminders to keep the team organised and prepared.
- Manage a busy inbox and process all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails,
calendar entries and phone calls proactively and in a timely manner for the team and ANMF members.
- Prepare, proofread and format documentation and training materials including but not limited to reports, submissions, marketing materials, website content, publications, briefings, certificates and training presentations.
- Use a membership engagement system to update member details, manage data and run reports as required.

You will have:
1. Demonstrated experience in providing extensive administrative support to a training delivery team. Minimum 5 years’ experience is desirable.
2. Demonstrated understanding of the ANMF (Vic Branch) purpose, values and member focused environment, together with a commitment to the principles of the union movement.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks including scheduling, and coordinating seminars, events, conferences, workshops or training courses, including providing timely reporting, and managing correspondence and related administrative duties for training participants.
4. Experience of providing direct support to a team of Trainers including, travel bookings, venue coordination, catering,
preparation and formatting of course marterials, presentations and calendar management
5. Experience with hybrid-based events using Microsoft teams and confidence with utilising technology in relation coordinating training courses and events for both online and in person delivery modes.
6. Demonstrated advanced experience using outlook, office 360 suite, CRMs, SharePoint. Basic experience using Sitecore or other events-based technologies is desirable, but not essential.
7. Strong spelling and grammar skills with extensive experience preparing, proof reading and formatting documents, correspondence and presentation templates.
8. The ability to work as a productive and cooperative team member and be versatile and responsive to changing needs and work volumes.
9. Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, effectively manage time and organise as required to successfully complete tasks, working under pressure and in an environment of competing priorities.
10. Ability to embrace change and adaptability to respond to moving team priorities with initiative and flexibility.
Remuneration package includes:
- Annual Pro rata salary of $76,788 plus 17% superannuation. (4 days per week) based on the full-time equivalent salary of $91,184 full-time 17% superannuation.
