We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Signage Estimator to support our Sales and Operations teams in delivering accurate, competitive quotes for signage across Australia's top venues and events.

Skills and Experience

- Experience estimating or costing signage, print or fabrication jobs (materials, labour, freight, installation) is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of signage products and processes, e.g. digital prints, SAVs, banners, light boxes, directional signage and LED/Neon signs.

- Ability to read and interpret client briefs, floor plans, site measurements and design concepts.

- Strong numeracy and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy under time pressure.

- Confident liaising with sales staff, suppliers, and production/operations teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quoting/costing systems.

- Knowledge of WH&S; practices as they relate to signage production and installation.

- Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously, particularly during peak events/exhibition seasons.

Your duties will include:

- Prepare detailed, itemised estimates and quotes for signage requests,



ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities and costs.

- Review client briefs, floor plans, site measurements and design concepts to confirm requirements before quoting.

- Cost materials, labour, freight, artwork and installation, following markup guidelines

- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing for outsourced signage work.

- Maintain and update pricing/rate cards, supplier price lists and standard costing templates.

- Liaise with HTH sales staff, the Signage Sales and Operations teams to confirm production capacity, lead times and feasibility prior to issuing quotes.

- Flag any discrepancy between client requirements and technical/production capability before a quote is submitted.

- Track quotation status and follow up outstanding quotes with sales staff to support conversion.

- Assist with costing for tenders and large-format/exhibition proposals using in-house JCE (Job Cost Estimator)

- Work with the Design department to ensure quoted specifications align with final artwork and production drawings.

- Occasional in office attendance may be required to confirm measurements or scope.
