The Role
We're after a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Hallam VIC office. You'll work across our end-to-end Service Desk, plus some onsite desktop support, designing, building and implementing ICT solutions for clients while building strong relationships along the way.
You'll cover:
- Networking, servers & storage
- Cloud technologies & hosting
- Security & telecommunications
- Retail technologies
- Technical support, coaching & mentoring
Mostly Monday–Friday business hours,
with after-hours work available for those wanting extra income.
What You'll Bring
- Level 1/2 experience in an MSP environment (highly regarded)
- Experience with firewalls, Microsoft platforms & virtual environments
- Ticketing/documentation systems (ConnectWise, IT Glue)
- Experience managing complex multisite clients
- Technical account management experience
- Relevant IT qualification + valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- SOTI / Azure exposure
- 3CX or general PBX/phone systems
- Robust networking/firewall skills
- Interest in AI or cybersecurity
