We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Kilsyth depot and oversee our afternoon shift operations.

We are looking for a hands-on team player who can confidentially switch between physical, floor-based work and computer-based administration.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the handling and efficiencies of afternoon forklift operations

- Oversee the handling and efficiencies of afternoon transport operations

- Ensure daily transport-related KPIs are achieved

- Work closely with AM operational leaders to ensure seamless handover and workflow continuity

About you

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to direct and coordinate operations

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- High attention to detail

- 3+ years experience in warehousing and logistics





- Experience in the transport or FMCG / 3PL industry (desirable)

- Forklift license

- Interstate truck loading experience (advantageous)
