At Artisan Exterior, we don't just sell products - we help transform architectural and outdoor project visions into stunning realities. We're looking for a design-savvy, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team at our flagship studio in Fortitude Valley.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Account Manager is a relationship-first role, focused on becoming a trusted partner to architects, interior designers, and landscape architects. You will manage and grow a portfolio of design-led accounts, introduce Artisan Exterior's Floor, Wall, and Pool ranges to new specifiers, and guide clients through material selection with genuine design knowledge and attentive service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Client Relationships

● Own and nurture a portfolio of architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture accounts - building deep, long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the project journey, from early design conversations through to product selection and delivery.

● Anticipate client needs, proactively share relevant current products and collections, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the quality of the Artisan Exterior brand.

● Support clients through the selection process with samples, technical documentation, CAD/BIM files, and tailored product recommendations.

Design Community Engagement

● Grow your presence within the A+D community through regular studio visits, industry events, and design studio presentations.





● Introduce Artisan Exterior's ranges to new design practices in a natural, consultative way.

● Stay genuinely across design trends, material innovations, and what's resonating in the architectural surfaces space so you can add real value to client conversations.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

● Work closely with the studio team across sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure clients experience a seamless journey from selection through to project completion.

● Maintain clear and up-to-date records in CRM to support handovers and track the progress of key accounts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● A background in account management or client-facing roles within the architecture, design, or interiors space - experience with A+D or architectural surfaces is highly regarded.

● A genuine appreciation for design: you understand how architects and interior designers think, what they value, and how material selection shapes a project.

● A warm, consultative style - you build trust through listening, knowledge, and consistent follow-through.

● Organised and self-motivated, comfortable managing a broad portfolio of clients and relationships simultaneously.

● Strong communication skills, polished and confident in person, in the studio, and in writing.

● A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory for client visits, site meetings, and events.

POSITION DETAILS & BENEFITS

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, with flexibility to occasionally work a Saturday.

Studio

Based at our Fortitude Valley flagship studio.

Incentives

Competitive base salary plus bonus structure.
