About Us
At WA Speech we believe our team is our greatest strength. We are a team of paediatric speech pathologists, located in Midland, WA, supporting young people with disabilities and developmental delays, along with their families and schools.
We are a warm and passionate team of therapists who care deeply about the young people and families we support, and just as deeply about each other. We value collaboration and the well-being of our staff. We know that in order for you to provide high quality care, that is sustainable, it comes down to you being cared for as a therapist.
We have a caseload ready for you to settle into with a smooth transition, supporting private and NDIS clients.
WA Speech is the preferred provider of Speech Pathology services to Guildford Grammar School. We plan to replicate this model with more local schools, should you be interested in a primarily school based role, with the option for school hours and holidays off!
We have strong connections within our local community and work alongside the well established Midland Physiotherapy.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow, belong and make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
We would love to welcome a current member to our team. In this role, you’ll be trusted to use your professional judgement, lead best practice, and be part of a team culture where you feel confident, supported, and proud of the work you do.
Flexibility
We have a large waitlist at the moment which has been vetted and is ready to create an amazing caseload suited to you.
We understand that our team have life commitments outside of work. We offer flexible hours to work with your schedule, and encourage collaborative scheduling and planning to fit your life! The role can be full time or part time and fit around your life/family commitments.
Our goal is to support you to create your dream role in terms of hours; caseload and flexibility!
