Earn $85,000 – $105,000 base salary (scaled to experience) + super, with achievable fortnightly incentives, annual bonus and car allowance.

About the role:

At Dove Occupational Therapy, we provide clinic, school, and community-based services across the western suburbs.

We take a family-centred approach, working collaboratively with children, families, schools, and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes and help children participate and thrive in everyday life.

- Our clients: Children and adolescents aged 3–18 years.

Your day-to-day at Dove OT will include:

- Meeting new children and families through initial assessments and appointments, building strong relationships from the beginning of their therapy journey.

- Providing individualised occupational therapy sessions across clinic, school, and community settings.

- Designing creative and engaging school holiday group programs that build skills, confidence, and connection.

- Completing school observations and collaborating with families, educators,



and other professionals to support children across environments.

- Developing therapy plans, completing reports, reviewing progress, and celebrating children’s achievements along the way.

- Supporting parents through coaching and practical strategies to promote carryover beyond therapy sessions.

- Collaborating with a team that values clinical discussion, learning, and continuous growth.

Diverse and rewarding caseload:

Enjoy a varied and rewarding role supporting children and adolescents across a range of areas including but not limited to:

- ADHD and executive functioning

- Autism

- Developmental delay

- Sensory processing

- Emotional regulation

- Fine and gross motor development

- Handwriting and motor based dysgraphia

- Play skills

- Self-care and everyday independence

- Social skills

We’d love to meet someone who:

- Is passionate about working with children and families and enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

- Communicates confidently with families, teachers, and other professionals.

- Is organised, motivated, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

- Holds a Bachelor or Masters qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.

- Has a current WWCC, National Police Clearance, C-Class Driver’s Licence, and Medicare Provider eligibility.
