The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance, risk, procurement, and legal functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organization's next phase of growth, with a focus on audience development and commercial prospect. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a CFO who is not only a steward of financial governance but also a critical advisor, helping to connect financial performance with the company's mission and impact. Key responsibilities include modernizing financial systems, improving decision-making capabilities, supporting the development of new revenue streams, and partnering with the executive team to deliver compelling financial narratives. The ideal CFO for the company will be a leader with a strong technical background, commercial insight, and a collaborative leadership style.



Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline are essential, with CPA or CA qualifications highly desirable. The role demands a candidate who is naturally curious, commercially aware, and analytically minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Experience in a variety of sectors, including government agencies, media, technology, professional services, and cultural institutions, is valued, and a background in the Australian Public Service (APS) is welcomed. The CFO will be expected to have a genuine desire to contribute beyond the finance function and to work closely with the executive team to deliver meaningful outcomes.
