Details: Digital Canberra is looking for an Oracle System Analyst Programmer as part of the Oracle E-Business Technical Team. The Systems Analyst Programmer will undertake system analysis, application development and system support activities related to the E-Business Suite (EBS) application in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

- - This role requires a pre-employment National Police Check
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant STEM field such as Software Engineering or relevant ‘Oracle Certified’ certifications and training would be highly advantageous.
- Possessing an Infrastructure Technology Information Library (ITIL)



Foundation Certificate or experience working in an ITIL workplace is highly desirable.
- Ability to use Structured Query Language to construct queries for data extraction with proficiency in SQL, PL/ SQL and Unix Shell scripting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field are desirable.
- Experience working in a service desk or end-user support role is desirable

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Under activity-based work arrangements, officers may not have a designated workstation/ desk. Working from home part time may form part of the flexible work arrangements for this position.
