SW Services is a growing Adelaide company specialising in services installation, including water, sewer, stormwater, GPS wet hire plant and earthworks. We deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across the region and are looking for a skilled GPS excavator operator to join our team.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Operate GPS-equipped excavators for civil and service installation projects
- Complete detailed trenching and final trim work
- Work with all the latest next-generation Caterpillar equipment fitted with Trimble Earthworks GPS systems
- Read and interpret construction drawings and digital models
- Maintain safe and efficient site practices
- Demonstrates excellent machine care including routine greasing, clean cab practices, and maintaining equipment free from damage
- Willingness to travel to work sites all across Adelaide region
✔️ Requirements:
- Strong experience operating GPS excavators on land subdivisions and other major projects.
- Competent using Trimble Earthworks systems
- Relevant operator tickets/licences
- White Card
- Reliability, safety-focused, motivated and team oriented
- Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
- willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Current Australian drivers license
- Two contactable references required
