We're looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with Jenkins expertise to guide and uplift a team of developers as they modernise their CI/CD capability and adopt industry‑standard engineering practices. You'll own Jenkins governance, improve pipelines, mentor team members and ensure our build and deployment processes are robust, secure and repeatable.
You will:
- Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching and guidance to developers using Jenkins
- Build, refine and maintain high‑quality Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries
- Lift engineering maturity across testing, deployment and release workflows
- Introduce standards, documentation and governance across CI/CD practices
- Partner with DevOps, Cloud and Engineering teams to streamline delivery and improve reliability
You bring:
- Strong Jenkins experience in complex delivery environments
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and uplift developers in CI/CD and automation
- Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies,
automated testing and deployment patterns
- Clear communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams
- Minimum Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred)
