About you

Join the Front Office team at Pullman Melbourne City Centre and be part of the first impression our guests experience from the moment they arrive. We are looking for a friendly, energetic and service-focused Porter to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide seamless arrival and departure experiences.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greeting guests on arrival and offering assistance with luggage

- Providing valet parking for guests and ensuring vehicles are handled safely

- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities

- Supporting the Front Office team with guest requests and enquiries





- Assisting with lobby presentation and maintaining a welcoming environment

- Delivering items to guest rooms promptly and professionally

What you will bring:

- A warm, welcoming and guest-focused attitude

- A valid full driver’s license and confidence driving a range of vehicles

- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Professional grooming and a genuine passion for hospitality

- Availability for rotating AM, PM and weekend shifts

- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred but not essential

Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service setting

- Familiarity with Melbourne locations and hotspots

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Positive attitude

- Previous Opera system knowledge will be highly regarded

- Full Australian Manual Driver's License
