In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses.
About the Role:
Assist customers in selecting flooring solutions (carpet, timber, vinyl, hybrid) tailored to their needs.
Provide in home and instore consultations with expert advice on products, styles, and installation options.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Manage inquiries,
quotes, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience is great to have but we are also keen to hear from anyone willing to learn and wants a change.
A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and good time management skills.
A positive attitude, naturally friendly, reliable and ready to join our team.
Current drivers licence required
