The role:

We're now seeking a Store Manager for our LOEWE boutique in the Luxury Precinct at Sydney International Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Store Manager who is ready to step up and lead a dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the Retail Manager ANZ, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing strong leadership to the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.

- Overseeing all aspects of store management, from housekeeping and inventory control to visual merchandising.





- Driving CRM through effective management of the customer database.

- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion.

- Ensuring effective two-way communication to keep the team engaged and knowledgeable.

About you:

- Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff

- Previous experience leading a team to drive business outcomes

- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
