We're partnering with a highly regarded organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Officer to join their collaborative finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality financial support.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, you'll play a key role across both corporate and trust accounting, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities.
- Processing supplier invoices, payment runs and purchase orders.
- Maintaining supplier records and processing credit applications.
- Reconciling corporate credit cards and ensuring accurate financial coding.
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies.
- Responding to finance-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting corporate and trust accounting functions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies.
- Assisting with maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

About you You'll be a proactive and organised finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and building strong relationships across the business.

You'll ideally bring:





- Previous experience in a Finance Officer or Senior Finance Officer position.
- Full end-to-end Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience using accounting software such as NetSuite (highly regarded).
- Exposure to property management systems such as Yardi or MRI will be advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
