About you:
This is a rewarding role offering the opportunity to be part of a supportive administration team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience working in a receptionist, administration or customer service role
- Robust administration, customer service and communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional presentation and manner
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and other office systems
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of organisational and client information
- A positive team attitude and willingness to support the broader business
- Must have Australian working rights
- Current vehicle licence
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and contractors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries
- Monitor and action shared email inboxes
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry and record maintenance
- Assist with debtor and creditor maintenance
- Assist with ordering and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team and wider business
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Work closely with the Administration Team Dealer Principal and General Managers to support the business
