We're seeking a mechanically minded Injection Moulding Operator to join a long-established manufacturer in Smithfield. You'll work with modern equipment, receive ongoing training, and have the opportunity to progress into leadership roles within the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with injection moulding, blow moulding, machine setting, or production machinery experience who wants long-term security and growth opportunities.

?️ The Role

Working closely with the Shift Foreman and production team, you'll be responsible for:

- Setting up and operating injection moulding machinery
- Machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
- Monitoring and adjusting process parameters
- Performing preventative maintenance and fault finding
- Managing moulds, tooling, and spare parts




- Completing quality checks and production records
- Supporting SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining GMP, 5S, and WHS standards

You'll be working across electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery, including modern injection moulding equipment.

✅ What We're Looking For

- 1-3+ years operating injection moulding, blow moulding, or similar production machinery
- Experience setting machines and performing changeovers
- Understanding of manufacturing quality processes
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in GMP, 5S or SOP-driven environments
