We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Devonport workshop team. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to experienced and qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic looking to take the next step in their career or a hands-on leader looking to welcome a recent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day workshop operations.

- Supervise, mentor and develop technicians and apprentices.

- Support diagnostics and complex fault finding.

- Ensure quality, productivity and safety standards are maintained.

- Manage workflow, job allocation and workshop performance.

- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

About You





- Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic.

- Minimum 5 years post-trade experience.

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
