We're expanding our Maintenance & Fabrication Team to support ongoing workshop fabrication, shutdowns, upgrades and brownfield project work across South East Queensland. We are seeking workshop based worker in Hemmant and site based workers for installation and maintenance work across local industrial clients. This is local work only - no DIDO or FIFO.

What the Role Involves

This is a hands-on Sheetmetal role across established industrial facilities or the workshop - not short-term labour hire placements or stop-start project work. You'll be part of a structured, trade-led team working both in our modern workshop and within live operating environments where safety, planning and workmanship matter.

You'll be involved in:

- Fabricating, repairing and modifying guards, ducting, chutes and light structural components
- Workshop-based sheetmetal fabrication, welding and assembly
- On-site installation, maintenance and repair work across industrial facilities
- Supporting shutdowns, brownfield upgrades, preventative maintenance and breakdown response
- Working alongside fitters, boilermakers, supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes

Are You an ENAP Fit?

- Cert III Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal) or equivalent trade qualification
- Demonstrated experience in sheetmetal fabrication, installation and maintenance




- Strong MIG and TIG welding experience with the ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets are advantageous
- Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
