Due to continual growth, Kwikflo Group are seeking to recruit a capable Civil Plumbing Site Manager to join our team in development projects throughout Sydney.
Civil Plumbing Site Manager - responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Lead and Manage crews at worksites throughout Sydney
- Interpret Chainages, engineering designs and drawings
- Review design issues and provide solutions accordingly
- Compile Inventory supply of materials and coordinate timed deliveries to site compounds
- Monitor and optimize Secure work practices and procedures, continually monitoring and analyzing to improve job management
- Ensure compilation of documentation and works are delivered to WSC, Council and Builders as per specifications
- Program and plan daily documentation activities through paperless software system
- Plan construction methods and procedures and optimize designs where possible
- Review design issues and provide solutions accordingly
Must Be Sydney Water Accredited (as per below)
- FIFM Waste Water / Stormwater
- NWPNET049 - Construct and Install Waster Distribution Assets
- NWPNET050 - Construct and Install Wastewater Collection Assets
- NWPNET040 - Maintain and repair network assets for wastewater
- HLTAID001 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- NWPNET020 - Control electrical risk on metallic pipes
- NWPNET039 - Maintain and repair network assets for drinking water
- RIIMPO320F - Conduct civil construction excavator operations
- MSMPER200 - Work in accordance with an issued permit
- MSMWHS217 - Gas Test atmospheres
- RIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spaces
Requirements
- Current Driver’s License
- At least 3 Years Valid Work Experience
- Capability to develop and maintain systems and procedures
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines
- Understanding of Safe Working Procedures and Implementation
- Problem solving ability
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude, Friendly and and enthusiastic attitude
We have an array of different sized and diverse projects depending on your capabilities & experience. Based In Sydney you will be working closely with our site teams and will help to resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions.
