The Prospect
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine clinical practice with mentoring and developing a team of Speech Pathologists. You'll help shape clinical standards, provide supervision, support professional growth and work alongside senior leaders to continually improve service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Speech Pathologists
- Providing structured clinical supervision and coaching
- Managing a reduced clinical caseload
- Supporting quality assurance and clinical excellence
- Running team meetings and contributing to service improvements
- Developing clinical resources and facilitating professional development
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and clinician development
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders.

You'll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Senior clinical experience with a passion for leadership
- Excellent mentoring, communication and organisational skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights.
