Join a major Australian organisation delivering one of its most strategic ServiceNow transformation programs.

This is not a delivery consultancy role. You'll become the internal technical authority, shaping architecture, governing design decisions and ensuring a scalable, supportable ServiceNow platform across a complex enterprise environment.

Working alongside architecture, engineering, digital and integration teams, you'll provide technical leadership across Customer Service Management (CSM), enterprise integrations and platform governance while partnering closely with implementation vendors.

What you'll be doing

- Lead technical architecture across a large-scale ServiceNow platform
- Own solution design, architecture reviews and technical governance
- Define guardrails around out-of-the-box capability, configuration and customisation
- Review vendor designs to ensure scalability, security and long-term maintainability
- Design and govern complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms
- Partner with architecture, digital and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Drive platform standards,

We're looking for someone with experience in

- ServiceNow Technical or Solution Architecture
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Complex API and integration architecture
- REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Architecture governance and design authority
- Vendor and systems integrator management
- Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and technology

Highly regarded

- Experience integrating ServiceNow into Azure-based enterprise environments
- ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications
- Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments such as Financial Services, Government or Utilities
