An established Brisbane-based construction business is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its growing team.
Working alongside senior construction professionals, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by overseeing contract administration, procurement, project financials and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
- Prepare scopes of work, negotiate subcontract agreements and manage contract documentation.
- Administer project variations, extensions of time and progress claims.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Review subcontractor and supplier claims and process payments.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain project records, registers, approvals and compliance documentation.
- Assist with procurement, programming and project delivery activities.
- Support project quality, defect management and handover processes.
- Prepare regular project performance and financial reports.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Contract Administrator position within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of subcontract management, procurement and contract administration.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience within commercial, residential, mixed-use or development projects highly regarded.
