Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia. AGIG manages distribution networks, transmission pipelines and storage capacity. AGIG recently grew to over 1200 employees. We also manage a large contractor workforce, who provide both specialist and operating and maintenance services on AGIG's gas distribution networks.

About the Opportunity

At AGIG, sustainability is at the heart of how we create long-term value for our customers, communities and stakeholders. As part of our Strategy and Sustainability team, you'll work across the business to support our sustainability journey, strengthen our ESG capability and help deliver meaningful outcomes that support Australia's energy transition.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will play a key role in driving AGIG's sustainability reporting and governance activities. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help deliver high-quality ESG reporting, support strategic initiatives and contribute to embedding sustainability into everything we do.

This role offers location flexibility and can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of AGIG's annual ESG Report and associated assurance processes, ensuring accurate, transparent and high-quality reporting that meets legislative and disclosure requirements, including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop and embed sustainability metrics, targets,



reporting tools and business plans that support AGIG's sustainability strategy.
- Coordinate ESG and climate-related reporting, contributing to recognised reporting frameworks and benchmarks, including GRI, GRESB, TCFD and other emerging reporting requirements.
- Develop engaging sustainability communications, workshops and awareness initiatives that build capability, encourage collaboration and support the achievement of AGIG's sustainability goals.
- Prepare high-quality reports, Executive Leadership Team, Committee and Board papers, shareholder responses and sustainability communications, translating complex information into clear, meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, analyse and validate sustainability data, support third-party assurance activities and drive continuous improvement in ESG governance and reporting processes.
- Champion AGIG's values by fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring sustainability initiatives are delivered safely, responsibly and with lasting impact.

About You

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in sustainability, environmental science, business, engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, climate reporting or a related field, ideally within the energy, infrastructure or consulting sectors.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and climate-related disclosure requirements, including GRI, GRESB, TCFD and ASRS.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills, with experience interpreting, validating and reporting sustainability data.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise, high-quality reports and papers for Executive, Committee and Board audiences.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
