As a Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on site
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee the quality of workmanship across all stages of construction
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with client expectations
- Maintain and enforce site safety, SWMS, and WH&S; standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as required
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings, and ensure safe work practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4-5 years of Site Foreman experience in residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and national construction code
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions
- Strong leadership and organization qualities
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects safely and on time
