About the Prospect:
Kisumé is seeking a talented chef de partie to join their team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie
- Minimum 3 years working in pan or grill section at al a carte restaurant
- Basic knowledge of fish handling
- Experience trimming, portioning and grilling meat
- Knowledge in Asian cuisine desirable
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude




- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in effectively maintaining and managing set ups, changeovers, closedown and handover to standard
- Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S; standards and compliance
- Understanding of stock control & ordering processes
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
