We are looking for a motivated retail professional who is passionate about customer service, enjoys leading a team and who will help drive the future success of a well-known local business.

About the Role

As Store Manager you will be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service

- Managing day-to-day store operations

- Driving sales and achieving business targets

- Stock management and merchandising

- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community

- Leading and motivating the store team

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven retail management or supervisory experience





- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

- A positive, hands-on approach

- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Experience in hardware, building supplies or trade retail will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
