We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns. You’ll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a skilled and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is confident in managing all aspects of residential property management with autonomy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards
- Utilise industry-standard property management software

Skills





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Current driver’s licence
