Ionic Projects is a boutique Perth-based builder specialising in the construction of quality multi-unit residential developments throughout the Perth metropolitan area. Our portfolio includes apartments, grouped dwellings and townhouse developments, together with a select number of commercial projects.

We have an exciting pipeline of work and are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a solid background in multi-unit residential construction to join our growing team.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of your projects from commencement through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the high-quality standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of multi-unit residential construction projects.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to maintain programme and productivity.

- Drive construction programmes and proactively manage project milestones.

- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to company quality standards.

- Maintain a strong site presence with a focus on workmanship, quality control and attention to detail.

- Manage site safety and ensure full compliance with OH&S; legislation and company policies.

- Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks and progress reporting.

- Identify and resolve construction issues quickly to minimise delays.

- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.





- Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Extensive experience supervising multi-unit residential developments.

- A minimum of 10 years' site supervision experience within the residential construction industry.

- A proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and site personnel.

- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- A thorough understanding of Australian Standards, the NCC and residential construction practices.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Experience using construction management software.

- Current White Card and a valid driver's licence.

- Contactable employment references.

Experience in commercial construction will be viewed favourably; however, multi-unit residential experience is essential.
