The Impact You Will Have
As the Supporter Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many of the Heart Foundation's valued supporters, delivering exceptional donor experiences while ensuring donations are processed accurately, efficiently and with the highest level of care.
Reporting into the Team Leader, you will coordinate the end-to-end administration of donations across multiple fundraising channels, maintain the integrity of supporter data, and support regular giving, direct mail and online fundraising programs.
Combining excellent customer service (phone and email) with strong administration and CRM skills, you'll help ensure every supporter interaction reflects the Heart Foundation's commitment to making a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional donor care via phone and email, responding to supporter enquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
- Welcome,
engage and retain supporters through proactive relationship-building and stewardship activities.
- Process donations received via online, mail and telephone channels, ensuring timely banking, receipting and accurate record management.
- Support the delivery of Regular Giving, Direct Mail and online fundraising administration, including data imports and processing.
- Maintain accurate supporter records and ensure the integrity of CRM data.
- Manage supporter feedback and complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and excellent customer experiences.
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports and assist with data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supporter journeys.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and supporter service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with privacy legislation, organisational policies and fundraising procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in supporter services, customer service, fundraising administration or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, qualified and donor-centric approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience processing high volumes of transactions or donations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or similar.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel,
Word and Outlook.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel or work outside standard business hours to support organisational initiatives.
- Passionate about the Heart Foundations work to support life-saving breakthroughs in heart disease.
