Join a global leader in water and environmental services on a major regional pipeline project, working within their Major Projects division during a critical mobilisation phase.

The Company

Our client is a multinational environmental services provider with a significant footprint across water, waste and energy management. Their Major Projects team delivers large-scale infrastructure work across Queensland, and this role sits within that division as a key regional pipeline project transitions from construction into Operations & Maintenance.

The Role

You'll support the transition of a significant regional water pipeline project into Operations & Maintenance. You'll be embedded with a team of 20-30, working closely with operations to finalise mobilisation and keep safety front and centre through the handover.

This is 80% field based - you'll be out with the team, not stuck behind a desk.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting inspections and audits against company, client and legislative requirements
- Coaching operations through risk assessments, safe operating procedures and hazard reporting
- Facilitating incident investigations and SHEQ compliance training
- Supporting the site operational risk register and permit-to-work processes
- Building strong working relationships across the operations and maintenance team





What You'll Bring

- Water or utilities sector safety experience strongly preferred - you'll hit the ground running on a project already in motion
- Formal OH&S; qualification or solid industry experience in a similar role
- Current driver's licence, First Aid certificate
- ICAM Investigator or Lead Auditor experience highly regarded
- Strong communicator who can coach and influence at all levels
