About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in commercial plumbing construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes
About You
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing (construction)
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a similar role
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines
- Relevant plumbing trade qualification (licensed preferred)
- White Card (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
