About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant and equipment.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdown response, installations and continuous improvement projects across our busy mineral processing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical plant and equipment





- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely

- Installing, commissioning and upgrading electrical equipment

- Assisting with improvement projects to enhance plant reliability and efficiency

- Reading and updating electrical drawings and technical documentation

- Maintaining accurate maintenance records

- Participating in the shared after-hours call-out roster when required

- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining or processing workplace

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- A proactive attitude and commitment to safe work practices

Highly regarded:

- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment

- Instrumentation experience

- Mechanical aptitude

- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience

- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets
