- Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
- Just listed and just sold calls
- Door knocking and letter box drops
- Assist with open homes and private inspections
- Prepare open and auction packs
- Manage buyer inquiry and the buyer database
- Assist with negotiations and managing offers
- Liasion with solicitors and managing exchanges

Experience required:
- 12 months experience in real estate sales
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Experience prospecting and managing buyers
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
Benefits:
