This position sits within the professional services function of the business, supporting internal technology systems, process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across the organisation.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements, priorities, and constraints.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, productive and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test and resolve software issues.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Support software deployments and ongoing application performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a technical systems analysis or similar role within a complex systems environment.
- Strong ability to analyse requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience working across integrated systems and multiple applications.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Experience

- Experience in retail, payments, order management, or logistics systems.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and data flows.
- Exposure to cloud or serverless platforms.
