We are a large wholesale nursery based in Upper Coomera. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and reliable member for our dispatch administration team.
There are three positions available: one 38 hours per week Mon–Fri, and two at 22 hours per week Tues–Thurs. Normal hours are between 6am–2pm. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary — full training provided.
The applicant needs to have the following attributes:
- Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica (or a similar ERP system) is highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Clear communication skills, both written and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Ability to take and follow directions
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Comfortable moving between the office and the nursery in all weather conditions
- Have reliable transport
Duties include:
- Processing and entering customer orders in MYOB Acumatica
- Preparing dispatch paperwork, run sheets, delivery dockets and invoices
- Coordinating with the dispatch and nursery teams to ensure orders are picked and loaded correctly
- Liaising with customers and transport providers regarding deliveries
- Maintaining spreadsheets and reporting in Excel
- Barcoding, stock and inventory record keeping
- Quality control checks on outgoing orders
- General office administration
