About the Role

Securitas is currently seeking experienced and high-performing Security Supervisors to support one of our corporate clients at Eastern Creek

Shift Timings : Monday- Friday : 8AM-4:30 PM

Successful applicants will play an important role in leading onsite security operations, supporting site teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are maintained at all times. The security team will deliver services in accordance with Securitas’ values - Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

The Security Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, support incident management processes, ensure operational compliance,



and provide leadership and guidance to Security Officers onsite.

Role Specifications

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in security operations, including substantial experience in site team supervision and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate security teams across shift operations.
- Strong understanding of incident management, emergency response procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage rostering, shift coverage, daily reporting, and operational compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and security procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current and valid security licensing and relevant certifications as required.
- Flexibility to remain on-call 24/7, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, in accordance with operational requirements.

- Previous experience in security supervision or leadership roles
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing incidents and daily site operations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Security Licence and relevant certifications




- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
