We are currently recruiting for both Guest Experience Hosts and Guest Experience Supervisors to join our team across SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Tower Eye, WILD LIFE Sydney, and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

What the day-to-day actually looks like:
- You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting guests with genuine energy.
- You’ll be using our tech to take photos of guests as they arrive.
- You’ll show guests their memories and help them pick the best packages to take home.
- You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and interacting with hundreds of people.

Have Leadership Experience? We’re Hiring Supervisors Too!
If you have 1+ years of supervisory or management experience (in retail, tourism, or hospitality) and want to step into leadership, we are also hiring Guest Experience & Sales Supervisors!
In this role, you’ll act as the Site Manager's right hand - leading from the floor, coaching frontline hosts to hit sales targets, and helping manage daily operations.
- Flexibility: Part-Time roles with core minimum hours/fixed days - plus the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

Recruitment & Availability Requirements
Successful applicants must be available on the following dates:
- Group Recruitment Day: Tuesday, 11th August at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium starting at 8:30 AM.
- Mandatory Induction & Training: Candidates must be available Friday 14th August, Saturday 15th August & Sunday 17th August following recruitment, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- General Availability: Full availability on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays is preferred.
