About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave contract, step into their marketing sweet spot, and be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients. You'll be across a variety of projects, running day-to-day requirements, drawing on the expertise of our strategists, creatives and digital specialists to deliver great work, while mentoring our client support team along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Owning a portfolio of clients and the output generated from their marketing activities.
- Providing marketing advice and solutions across strategy, campaigns, digital, social media and media.
- Collaborating with the CCO and Agency lead on client growth opportunities.
- Leading client and internal WIP meetings.
- Reviewing client requests and deliverables, and coordinating the right people to deliver them.
- Mentoring and nurturing client support staff to help them deliver great outputs.
- Creating project briefs and quotes, but with the support to lean on our strategists for more complex jobs.




- Liaising with suppliers to brief client requirements and project scopes.
- Moving workflow through the agency, coordinating creative, video, media, photography and external suppliers.
- Proofing artwork and documents before they land in front of clients.
- Getting under the skin of client KPIs so you can report back with real insights and optimisations.
